I am involved in the Nanotechnology Applications in Supercapacitors Research (Power Sources) here at the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering. In my research, I characterise the physical and electrochemical properties of nanostructured metal oxides and carbon nanotubes composites to determine their viability as electrode materials for electrochemical capacitors (power sources). I hold two bachelors from the University of Western Australia, i.e. an engineering degree in the field of Electrical & Electronics and a Commerce degree with triple majors in Investment Finance, Accounting & Managerial Accounting. My PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham is in the area of carbon nanotubes composites, electrochemistry, and electrochemical capacitors. I enjoy traveling to new places, learning new cultures and meeting people. For information about my education/work experience please click on the LinkedIn hyperlink below.
